Party Equipment Rental Disclosure Acknowlegment of Risk
Renter acknowledges that the use of any equipment involves risks that may result in injury, death, property damage. Assumption of Risk
Renter assumes all risks and responsibilities for the use of the rented equipment, and full responsibility for the Supervision of any persons using said equipment. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Renter hereby waives, and discharges Company, its owners from any and all liability, claims, demands. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect
